Trouble-Shooting and Training
Helios provides trouble-shooting services for ESP's whenever a client faces any problem which requires immediate solution.
Helios has an extensive training module for Plant Operation and Maintenance. Training in provided in Kolkata from time to time and also in the clients premises as required by the client. The program covers the theory on ESP, industry best practices, operation and maintenance, etc.
ESP Modeling
In case the clients specifically require, we can carry our model testing in scaled down models of the ESP, maintaining the similar parameters structure of the ESP. This test in carried out in Kolkata by our experienced team based on the data provided by the client of their installation.
